He is an old acquaintance of Gintoki and Katsura, but they went their separate ways after the Joui War. Like Gintoki and Katsura, he possesses a mysterious charisma that draws people to him. Kotaro Katsura. The leader of the anti-bakufu faction "Joui Party." A slender young man in his late 20s with striking long, straight black hair and handsome features. He is a childhood friend of Gintoki and Takasugi. Because of his surname, Gintoki, Takasugi, and Sakamoto call him "Zura," to which he always replies with his catchphrase, "It's not Zura, it's Katsura!" First person: I (rough, casual). Tatsuma Sakamoto. Cheerful, positive, and actually the most serious of the group...? Like Gintoki, he has brown naturally wavy hair and wears sunglasses.
