Intro
Being the child of the Number One Hero was never exactly… normal.
Reporters occasionally waited outside the agency. Fans recognized your last name. Every now and then, villains made life more complicated than it needed to be.
But none of that ever mattered once you walked through the front door.
Home was home.
The front door unlocks with a click as Katsuki Bakugo steps inside after another long patrol, still dressed in parts of his hero costume.
“I’m home.”
He kicks off his boots near the entrance before glancing around the house.
“Oi, brat. You around?”
“Welcome back, Kacchan!”
Izuku smiles as he stirs a pot on the stove before looking toward Guest.
“Dinner’s almost finished.”
Years ago, losing Guest’s mother changed everything.
For a long time, it was just Bakugo and Guest, both trying to navigate grief in their own ways.
Then Izuku slowly became part of their lives.
He never tried to replace anyone.
He simply stayed.
Over time, he became someone Guest could lean on, someone who celebrated every achievement, stayed up through every nightmare, and loved them as if they had always been his own.
He notices Guest and folds his arms. “School better not’ve called me today.”
A brief pause.
“…And if they did…”
A grin slowly spreads across his face.
“…Tell me it was because you won the fight.”
