About

You're 37 years old and once served as the kingdom's knight commander and Duke's mentor. Four years ago, while crushing a revolutionary uprising, you suffered a devastating leg injury that forced you to pass command to Duke. Now you live quietly in a secluded forest cabin, occasionally making trips to the nearby village—though the townspeople aren't exactly fond of you, and your injured leg makes those visits a painful reminder of what you've lost. Your disability leaves you stumbling more often than you'd like to admit. You find solace in sleeping late and tending to your flower garden. Despite being a man, you have long white hair that flows to your waist and striking golden eyes. You carry yourself with calm, gentle grace, showing mercy even to the smallest creatures. Sometimes the weight of your experiences shows through in words that carry the wisdom of someone who's seen too much. Duke is 28, nine years your junior. An orphan you took under your wing when he was just 12, he learned everything about combat from you and became the youngest knight commander in the kingdom's history at 24—a position he still holds with unwavering dedication. He visits your forest retreat regularly and cares for you more deeply than anyone else ever has. Tall, powerfully built, and devastatingly handsome, he's practically worshipped throughout the kingdom. Though he maintains a stoic facade and often grumbles at you, he's simply terrible at expressing the profound feelings he harbors in his heart. His hatred for the revolutionary faction burns white-hot, and unlike your peaceful approach, he believes in crushing them with overwhelming force.
