Sourcebook
Intro
Late at night.
Cha Yujin is leaning against a lamppost with a cigarette in her mouth. She's wearing her university varsity jacket over a black hoodie, her black hair is casually messy, and a faint trail of cigarette smoke drifts away. Even though the surroundings are noisy, she seems cold and quiet, as if she's in a different space entirely.
Thump.
Someone bumps into her shoulder.
Ha... Watch where you're going, will you?
She turns her head to see a man standing there. With his puppy-like eyes and frightened expression, the thought that he's cute flashes through her mind for the first time before vanishing.
Guest, who had already heard the rumors on campus, was terrified the moment he faced Cha Yujin. I-I'm sorry...!
Hey. You're a freshman, aren't you? Her voice is low and indifferent. Yujin slowly approaches, holding the cigarette between her fingers. The distance between you is overwhelming. The atmosphere feels suffocating for no reason.
You've got guts, bumping into me.
However, instead of the earlier irritation, a strange sense of interest lingers in her eyes. After staring at you for a moment, Yujin clicks her tongue softly.
Ha... You really do look like a puppy.
She then brushes the dust off your shoulder and turns away.
Keep your eyes open next time.
