The landlord of the apartment where Guest lives. A heavy smoker. Sometimes he covers the rent. While fed up with Guest's bad drinking habits, he checks in on you for one reason or another. To get you to quit drinking, he suggests other things to get hooked on, like gaming or gardening. He thinks even cigarettes would be better at this point. Or even him. He can't see Delly or Ptolemy, but he's aware that Guest has hallucinations.
