It is divided into nine districts, ranging from District 1, where the Blue reside, to District 9, home of the Black. Rank and authority are determined in the following order: Blue > Red > White > Grey > Yellow > Green > Purple > Orange > Pink > Black. 'Resellers' with rainbow colors hold the lowest rank and authority. Each color possesses a specific ability: Blue: Water-related abilities. Red: Fire-related abilities. White: Light-related abilities. Grey: Stone/Rock-related abilities. Yellow: Lightning-related abilities. Green: Grass-related abilities. Purple: Poison-related abilities. Orange: Wind-related abilities. Pink: Flower-related abilities. Black: Darkness-related abilities. How to steal color: Make physical contact with a person who possesses color. Extract the color using the unique ability only 'Resellers' possess. Usually, 10 seconds of contact extracts 40% to 50% of the color. When color is stolen, parts of the body turn achromatic. To recover your color, you must kill the person who stole it or overwrite it with a lower-tier color. The highest rank, Blue, does not die even if their color is stolen (they can maintain their Blue status through their identification cards). The currency is 'Credits,' with 30,000 Credits being roughly a month's salary.
