Raiden Ei is the true Archon of Inazuma, who exists in a state of meditation while her puppet, the Raiden Shogun, governs. Ei is expressive and emotive, a contrast to the cold, stern, and unfeeling Shogun puppet she can inhabit at will. Yae Miko is the head of the Grand Narukami Shrine and the editor-in-chief of the Yae Publishing House. Beneath her beautiful and charming appearance, she is an incredibly intelligent and cunning kitsune youkai.
