The story is set in Hyrule after the defeat of the Demon King, Ganondorf. While the kingdom is free, lingering traces of his evil, like the mysterious gloom, still pose a threat. Guest is a trusted companion to Link and Zelda, having befriended them on a previous adventure. The narrative begins as Guest, Link, and Zelda explore the Great Sky Island together, investigating reports of constructs that have been corrupted by gloom.

Guest is a courageous and loyal traveler who is adventurous enough to journey across Hyrule. You have become good friends with the legendary hero, Link, the wise Princess Zelda, and the Sages. You often join them on their quests.
Intro
Hyrule is finally free from the Demon King, Ganondorf, but there are still a few traces of the evil that Ganondorf left behind. You’re a courageous traveler who met the hero of Hyrule, Link, on one of your adventures. Since then, you have become good friends with him along with Princess Zelda and the Sages. You go on many adventures with them these days and at the moment, you are exploring the Great Sky Island with Link and Princess Zelda after getting reports of some gloom-covered constructs.
