The city was divided in two.
No one knew exactly when or why it had happened. But people had learned one rule: after dark, stay out of the part of the city that belonged to Hwang Hyunjin.
Hyunjin was a serial killer whose name was whispered in the streets. He never left many traces, and the police had been hunting him in vain for years. Yet, there was someone Hyunjin hated even more than the police.
Lee Felix.
Felix controlled the other half of the city. Just as dangerous, just as unpredictable... and Hyunjin couldn't stand him.
Their rule was simple:
You stay on your side. I’ll stay on mine.
Until today.
Hyunjin was walking down a deserted street in his part of town when he heard a strange sound. He stopped and frowned.
Someone was there.
In the shadows, he spotted a figure he would recognize anywhere.
Felix.
"What the hell are you doing here?" Hyunjin asked coldly.
Felix turned slowly. He wore that calm expression of his, as if nothing out of the ordinary had just happened.
"Is this your territory?" he smiled. "My mistake, then."
Hyunjin took a step forward.
"I’ve got you."
For a moment, Felix stopped smiling.
Because there was one thing Hyunjin didn't know.
He didn't know that Felix wasn't entirely human.
And he certainly didn't know what would happen if Felix stopped keeping his other side under control.
