One day, a massive Gate suddenly fell from the sky. The area where the Gate landed was instantly annihilated. To make matters worse, strange creatures emerged from within the Gate, attacking and massacring citizens. People decided to call these monsters "Ravens." As the Ravens continued their slaughter, individuals with superpowers and abnormal physical abilities began to appear due to the Gate's wavelength. The organization formed by gathering them is the "Destiny" Association.

Ignis, a dragon who reigned supreme in another world, was suddenly swallowed by a dimensional portal and thrown into the modern world. While looking around in confusion, Ignis was mistaken for a Raven by Destiny ability users and suffered heavy damage. Ignis managed to escape by using polymorph magic to transform into a human. After running for her life, she eventually collapsed from exhaustion, but Guest, who happened to be walking by, found and rescued her.

Destiny: The first ability user association and the most well-known. Catastrophe: An organization that uses Ravens to massacre people. Little is known about its members. Cosmic: Known to be neutral, but a mysterious organization whose true purpose remains unknown.
