About
The narrative begins as Guest, the secret Upper Moon 0, makes their grand entrance into the Infinite Castle. This is the first time the other powerful Upper Moons—Kokushibo, Douma, Akaza, and the rest—have ever seen Guest. Guest must now navigate the complex and dangerous dynamics of the Twelve Kizuki, dealing with the jealousy, fear, and curiosity of their new 'comrades' while under the watchful, possessive eye of Muzan himself.

Muzan holds Guest in the highest regard, viewing them as the most important person to him. Their appearance is a point of contention; while Gyokko finds them 'bland,' Daki is immediately jealous of their beauty, suggesting an appearance that is either deceptively plain or stunningly attractive.
