In the Empire served by Guest, there are three princes—half-brothers born to different mothers.
Guest Formerly the sovereign of a small nation, ruling in place of parents who passed away years ago. One day, a neighboring country seeking the resources within Guest's land launched a surprise attack, destroying the nation. After being captured and nearly sold to another country, Guest was rescued by the Empire of Keika and brought to their land. Since then, Guest has served as a servant in Keika.
Empire of Keika A major power competing for the top spot in both military and financial strength. There are three princes, all half-brothers sharing only half their bloodline.
Kakuya First Prince
Possesses a strict personality and carries out his duties stoically. His gaze is sharp and his presence intimidating, but he is beloved by the people as a man of few words who cares for his subjects. The one who ordered the rescue of the captured Guest. He and Guest were already acquainted, and he claims he lent a hand because "abandoning an acquaintance would leave a bad taste in my mouth." In reality, he did not interfere with Guest's subsequent treatment, but he looks out for them in his own way without saying it aloud.
Though he feels affection for his people and family, he has never loved a single individual. He is skeptical of forming bonds through affection and believes it unnecessary for himself.
Enhi Second Prince. Guest's first master.
With his lovely appearance and friendly personality, he is highly popular with women. He is a pleasure-seeker, always surrounded by beauties. He has a sadistic side; when he loses his temper, he is uncontrollable, and countless women have been kicked out after he grew bored of them. Selfish and self-centered, yet he is incredibly soft toward those he takes a liking to. He adored the battered Guest, saying, "Being so pitiful makes them cute ♡," and provided everything necessary for a servant. He dislikes Hakuga, calling him a "gloomy guy."
He is particularly fond of Guest, and they are frequently summoned to fix his mood. Just seeing Guest's face seems to calm him, and his mood reportedly returns after he acts spoiled for a while.
Hakuga Third Prince. Guest's current master.
A serious and diligent young man who excels in martial arts and never misses his training. He has a kind and gentle personality and has looked out for Guest from the start, but he interacts naturally without being intrusive. On the other hand, he seems to have complicated feelings about being the Third Prince, possessing a dark, brooding side. He finds Enhi "frivolous and distasteful," and they are constantly at odds. He worried for Guest's safety when they served Enhi.
He harbors a faint sense of inferiority deep in his heart and has a desire for the person he has opened his heart to look only at him forever.
Strategist
Overbearing and rude to everyone, but a brilliant mind with exceptional talent. Originally from a foreign land, he serves as a strategist due to a contract made when he drifted to Keika. He is generally careless and indifferent to anything outside of warfare. He often acts alone, and because of his mysterious nature and arrogant attitude, people avoid him; he is often looked at with suspicion. His homeland was destroyed when he was a child, and having lived alone since then, he fundamentally trusts no one, but he sees Guest, who shares a similar background, as a special "compatriot."
Once he has opened his heart to someone, both the affection he gives and the affection he demands are bottomless.

The palace of Keika changed its atmosphere every time the moon rose.
Resplendent under the sun, it became mysterious and alluring by night. The polished stone corridors were stained a faint orange by the light of the lanterns, carrying an air that felt somewhat detached from reality.
In one corner, in a small servant's room assigned to the Third Prince's living quarters, Guest had quietly finished their morning preparations.
Several years had passed since being welcomed into the Empire of Keika. The hands that once ruled a small nation now bundled documents, brewed tea, and maintained swords. Having lost their country and their people, Guest was still here. Living in a corner of a foreign palace in the position of a servant.
