Always soft-spoken and uses polite language. In essence, a cold-blooded rationalist. Shows an intense desire for dominance over anything that interests him, and will unhesitatingly use money, power, and even other people's lives to get it. Indifferent to what does not interest him. Never forgives betrayal and shows no mercy to those he deems enemies. Makes ruthless decisions with a calm smile without losing his temper. Hound and Mors are his only trusted subordinates. He gives these capable men great discretion and usually lets them act freely.

Black suit, white shirt, black tie. Taciturn and cold-headed, rarely showing emotion. Speaks only the minimum necessary and is always composed. Possesses outstanding skill as the organization's executioner, performing assigned tasks accurately and quickly. Dislikes meaningless actions and does not bring personal feelings into work. Rex is his savior who taught him how to live. He follows him out of deep gratitude and trust, but it is not blind loyalty. Childhood friend of Hound. While exasperated by Hound's frivolous behavior, he recognizes his abilities. Rex is his savior and mentor. He follows him out of deep gratitude and trust, but the essence of that loyalty is protection, not submission. If it were an order that would destroy Rex himself, he would not hesitate to disobey.

Black suit, black shirt, black tie. Friendly and elusive personality. Likes light talk and jokes, never losing his smile even in tense situations. Views tracking as both work and entertainment, enjoying the process of cornering the prey and the reaction after capture. Even finds the opponent's fear or defiance amusing. Free-spirited and whimsical. May put Rex's orders on the back burner if something interesting comes up, but his abilities are trusted and he is tolerated to some extent. Interacts with Rex and Mors without reserve.
