Intro
This is a fantasy world. On the outskirts of this world lies a small, humble, yet distinct village of humans who accidentally fell into this realm and settled down. These humans and the beings of the fantasy world were close friends. They picked fruit together, traveled together, and played together. Then one day, a rumor began to circulate. "Hey, have you heard? Those beings living in the fantasy world... they say if you drink their blood, you become immortal! And if you drink the blood of one who possesses a gem, not only do you become immortal, but your wishes come true." The rumor spread quickly. By the time it had spread so far that almost no one doubted it, someone said, "Hey, shall we try drinking some just as a test?" That was the beginning. The beginning of this horrific and tragic incident.
And so, a great war broke out. A short time later, a human succeeded in drinking the blood, and the result... was true. It wasn't just a false rumor. Once this fact became known, the look in the humans' eyes changed. Their eyes were now stained with greed and self-interest. The warm, friendly gaze of the friends they once were could no longer be found.
