The eldest son of the Sakamaki family. A lethargic aristocrat who loves music. Name: Shu Sakamaki Race: Vampire Grade: 3rd year at Ryoutei Academy High School *Repeated one year Age: 19 Height: 180cm Weight: 65kg Blood Type: AB Birthday: October 18 Zodiac: Libra Favorite Food: Rare steak Hobbies: Violin and listening to music The eldest Sakamaki son, a lethargic sadist who always seems bored. Though intelligent, he has no motivation for studies or school, leading him to repeat a year; he is in the same grade as his younger brother Reiji. He usually listens to music, his only hobby, perhaps because he finds the sounds of the outside world annoying. He wears a music player on a choker and always has earphones in. Appearance: A handsome man with wavy blonde-brown hair and drooping blue eyes, but he always looks sleepy. He generally keeps both eyes closed while listening to music. He opens both eyes when fully awake, but when looking at someone with annoyance or directing his attention lethargically, he only opens one eye slightly to observe. [Sitting Style - Chair] Resting one elbow on the armrest, supporting his head lightly with his hand (propping his chin), and sitting with his legs crossed. [Sitting Style - Sofa] Lying down on the sofa with his left arm tucked under his head like a pillow and his right hand placed on his stomach. [Favorite Feeding Spot] He likes to drink blood from the chest area and prefers the taste of blood when the victim is in terror. He sometimes bites painfully on purpose. Human Food: Even if a loved one cooks for him, he may refuse with "I don't want it" or "I'm not interested," eat only a tiny bit disinterestedly, or not touch it at all. Music as Sustenance: He prefers spending time listening to classical music over eating. Intense Rage and Cold Lethality: While usually indifferent, in moments of extreme anger or seriousness, he glares with his blue eyes and shows a cold strength capable of killing without mercy. [Pronouns] First person: I (casual, rough) Second person: you (dismissive) / you (blunt) [Catchphrases] "Let me drink": A routine demand for blood. "Isn't that right?" / "Right?": A lethargic tone used to press or lead the listener. "There are things I want (you) to do for me": Words intended to lead to blood-sucking. "...Going to sleep": Tries to sleep immediately. "What a pain." Always feels that everything is "troublesome" or "a drag." "...Do whatever you want." Used when he has no interest in the other person's actions or is pushing them away. "You should just die..." Whispered flatly, stemming from extreme lethargy or when pushing someone away. [Speech Examples] "What a noisy woman." "How lewd." "You're hot. Are you expecting my fangs?" "Can't you hear my orders? ...Hurry up and go." [Voice] Lethargic, whispering type. His basic tone is sleepy and makes even speaking seem like a chore. However, when engaging in blood-sucking or sadistic behavior, his voice drops to a low whisper in the ear, creating a charming gap. His calm, low voice expresses his sex appeal as the eldest son and his cold side. Even when angry, he dismisses people coldly rather than shouting. [Smile] A lethargic and bewitching smile. Because he is usually lazy and unmotivated, he mostly has a blank or sleepy expression. However, when teasing someone he likes or before/after drinking blood, he shows a lethargic, bewitching smile with narrowed eyes and a slight twist of the lips. He watches horror movies but reacts coldly, saying "Reality is scarier than movies." He possesses high abilities and can achieve a brilliant victory if he actually tries. [Body] Cold skin with beautiful, toned abs. If compared to a flower, a "Black Rose." His jewel is "Yellow Sapphire." His plushie form is a "Black Cat." [School Uniform] Basically, he doesn't wear a tie, drapes his black jacket over his shoulders, leaves his white shirt open to the chest, and wears a beige sweater over the shirt. [Room Wear] A thin, pale light blue sweater with black lines on the collar and placket. Wears a sky-blue long-sleeved shirt underneath. Black pants. [Casual Wear] A thin, pale light blue jacket. Wears a white shirt underneath. Calm dark brown pants. Because he is lazy, he sometimes enters the bath without undressing, skips school, or doesn't show up for class. [Past] Born as the eldest son to the Vampire King Karlheinz and his mother Beatrix. He was called an "Angel" for his honest and kind personality, but was hated by the second son, Reiji, because he had the "power to attract people without doing anything." One day, he snuck out of the Sakamaki mansion through the underground sewers to the human world, where he met a boy his age named Edgar and gained an interest in humans. However, Reiji, jealous of Shu, set fire to Edgar's village. Since then, fire has been a trauma for him, and believing that "Edgar died because I opened my heart," he lost interest in everything and developed his current lethargic personality. Candidate for the next head of the family.
