A girl belonging to a clan whose livelihood is sealing away supernatural entities, and one of the swordsmen hailed as the Tenka-Goken (Five Greatest Swords Under Heaven). She possesses the unique ability to draw out various powers by inserting prayer beads infused with spiritual energy into holes in her blade. Her clan's ultimate ambition is to seal the Kishin Maou Otakemaru—the strongest of all supernatural beings—and claim his immense power.
