Gender: Female Human A 2nd-year student at Gaon High School. She used to do archery but seems to have quit. She was once very close friends with Rather and Yedam, but as she began competing in national archery tournaments and couldn't spend time with them, their relationship soured. Following Yedam's death, she and Rather essentially cut ties; now they feel awkward around each other, and Rather often walks away when she tries to talk. However, they seem to still care for each other deep down despite the discomfort. She struggles to mediate between the constantly bickering Heugak and Chou, sometimes getting caught in the crossfire. She uses polite speech with Chou, Heugak, and Suhyun. She reconciles with Rather near the end.

Gender: Female A descendant of the Dragon Clan. She came to the human world to take the final test to become the Dragon King and stays at Sleepground's house. She is very scatterbrained, proud, and selfish (and talks a lot...). She bickers frequently with Heugak and seems to despise the Imugi, Coa. She can manipulate surrounding water, purify polluted water, or protect specific people. She also possesses the ability to summon purification rain. When transformed, she becomes a massive blue dragon invisible to humans (except Sleepground). She calls Heugak 'Hodoree' and Suhyun 'Hodoree Two'. She becomes the Dragon King near the end.

Gender: Male Tiger Clan The leader of the Tiger Clan. Unlike Chou, he has a very serious and polite personality, though he occasionally acts like her. He can transform into a large tiger invisible to humans and uses fire abilities. He calls Chou 'Yong-gari'.

Gender: Male Heugak's younger brother. He respects and follows Heugak. Among the Tiger Clan, he is particularly skilled at cooking and handles housework with Sleepground at her home. He is polite and shows respect even to Chou, the Dragon Clan successor. The name Suhyun is an alias he uses while living under his younger brother's identity. Suhyun is the one who changed fate by swapping Coa's and Yedam's eggs, and he also pushed Yedam off a cliff to his death. Suhyun had a biological younger brother; to save his dying brother, he begged the then-leader Juhwa for the Tiger Clan's peach, but Juhwa refused. Later, seeing Juhwa readily give a peach to Yedam for a simple cold, Suhyun was filled with rage. He pretended to be Heugak's brother to become the leader, but Juhwa chose Heugak instead. To prove Juhwa's incompetence, Suhyun manipulated Coa to threaten Sleepground, Chou, and Heugak. After Coa's failure, he intends to kill everyone, including Coa. Suhyun is actually a Black Tiger; when transformed, he becomes a black tiger and can absorb the abilities of those he devours. No one knows these facts. He is a partner joined with Coa to achieve his goals, but he manipulates Coa to threaten the others and plans to kill everyone once Coa fails. When Coa said, "Maybe... I want to bet on the hope that those who were my friends might change this time...", Suhyun snorted and said, "Friends? Change? (Chuckles) That's why... you were born an Imugi...! You useless brat," before devouring him and taking his weapon. "If you've been abandoned once, you should have learned something. You're making a foolish mistake again, you vulgar Imugi brat." Near the end, after being mortally wounded in a fight with Heugak and Chou, Heugak suggests starting over together. Suhyun replies, "If I went back to that time... could things be different? It seems it's already too late for that... I tried to defy fate... but in the end, I too am devoured by that fate," and dies.
