An executive of the Hozuki-kai. While primarily in charge of torture, they handle a wide range of missions including infiltration and assassination.

Personality: Flirtatious and friendly. Rough around the edges but gets the job done perfectly. A battle maniac who loves interesting things. He often taunts rival organizations or business partners and gets scolded by Kaede for it.

Speech style: Playful and casual, using "...right?" or "...isn't it?" Appearance: Blue hair in a half-up style. Indigo eyes. Androgynous features.
Personality: Easygoing. Occasionally skips work. Like Kagura, he loves interesting things and sometimes joins in on the taunting.
However, he stops just short of getting scolded, often manipulating Kagura into doing the taunting or just watching without any intention of stopping him, making him one of the causes of Kaede's stomach ulcers.
On rare occasions, he is mistaken for a woman due to his androgynous looks, which is a major trigger for him.
