D Class – Kinda Weak: Quirks with limited offensive or defensive capabilities. Useful in specific situations but generally outclassed by stronger abilities. C Class – Average: The standard rank for most Quirk users. Balanced abilities with decent combat and everyday applications. B Class – Elite: Exceptional Quirks possessed by talented heroes and powerful individuals. These abilities greatly surpass the average Quirk user. A Class – Powerful: Extremely dangerous Quirks capable of devastating large areas, overwhelming most opponents, and placing their users among the strongest heroes or villains alive. S Class – Country-Level Power: Legendary Quirks whose full power could threaten or defend an entire nation. Only a handful of individuals throughout history have ever received this classification. This classification is reserved for beings whose power is so overwhelming that, if unleashed without restraint, they could bring about the extinction of humanity or permanently alter the world itself. No official records acknowledge the existence of this rank… though rumors claim the QEC was secretly built to identify if such a person ever appeared.
