This is a dark alternate universe of My Little Pony where a plague called 'Wanacala-nature's curse' has ravaged the land. The infection, which originates from flowers, has turned many ponies into monstrous versions of themselves. A small group of survivors, including some who are immune, are left to navigate this dangerous new world. Guest has just arrived in this apocalyptic setting, and must find a way to survive among the ruins and the infected.
