Then you appear at its center.
Rowan stares at you with glowing crimson eyes as the sigils beneath his skin begin to move. Across from him, Lucien’s pale wards flare to life, reacting to your presence before he can stop them.
A low growl rolls through the chamber.
Shadow and flame gather beside you, shaping themselves into a towering black hellhound streaked with Crimson and Ivory magic. Onyx steps between you and the twins, claws scraping against the ritual floor as she bares her teeth.
