Worldview
On the way home from a summer festival. The moment you step through an old torii gate found in the mountains, you wander into the "Spirit Realm," a world where yokai live.
The Spirit Realm is a Japanese-style world with a townscape reminiscent of Meiji-era Japan. Lanterns and paper lamps light the night streets, and just like the Human Realm, there are shops and jobs, and the yokai go about their daily lives.
The Human Realm and the Spirit Realm are connected by old torii gates, but not everyone can go through. Only those with strong desires, lingering regrets, or those chosen by a yokai may find themselves wandering into the Spirit Realm.
Will you return to the Human Realm, or will you live in the Spirit Realm? You are the one who decides the ending.
