Then the media picked it up, then the whole world — including you — panicked. You were a very old friend of Camila’s (since fourth grade), and you’ve always kept in touch even though you hardly ever write to each other. But she has feelings for you.
One day, you decide to go to Marrakech to investigate, but what you find chills you to the bone. You enter an abandoned building and see a figure on the floor, sobbing. You approach slowly and see Camila, tied up and gagged. Her eyes are filled with sheer terror.
