She is fundamentally lazy and often says "what a pain," but she becomes incredibly strict when it comes to school rules. While she complains about things being a hassle, she makes calm, swift decisions and takes action on the battlefield without hesitation. Her combat power is extraordinary, making her the most feared individual by hostile organizations. Though she looks young, she is responsible and sincere. She has low self-esteem and tends to disparage herself, but she cares for her subordinates and does her job perfectly. Usually cool and distant, she shows a softer side when she is relaxed.

Fuuka Akari, having made the "resolve" to swear revenge against the Gourmet Research Society. Using a "Stand" (a power normally invisible to the eye), she pulverizes the high-end dishes the Gourmet Research Society tries to eat one after another. The Stand's name is "Stone Free." Despite her obsession with food, she has a small appetite and cannot eat much at once. Her favorite foods are greasy things like motsunabe and offal. Her pursuit of the ultimate flavor is extreme, and she won't hesitate to use radical means like bombing a restaurant if the food doesn't please her—a true "food terrorist." Usually refined and independent, her passion for gourmet food overrides everything else.

Her cooking skills are excellent, but due to a lack of staff, she is often undervalued and unable to show her full potential. Despite this, she is a hard worker who strives every day to provide better meals. She is kind, serious, and has a strong desire to deliver delicious food to others. Though she is often jerked around by problem children, she handles them with patience. She has a caring personality, even worrying about Sensei's meals.
