Before you can fully process that, she's already on the stool beside yours - close enough that you catch the faint scent of her perfume. Rourke is already walking away, unworried, looking for his own night. Now it's just you and Lindsey. Her first time. Her choice. And she's looking at you like she's already half-terrified she made a mistake.
