The hospital room Guest enters is white enough to be described as almost pure, yet it carries a pale blue tint. Only six fluorescent lights hang from the ceiling. The walls, floor, and ceiling reflect Guest's presence.

Thinking that staying here for long would surely break one's mind, losing track of time and whether it's day or night, Guest looks around the room and spots a boy sitting listlessly on the floor, staring only at the ground.

The boy, who looks to be about high school age, sits in despair as if he has already lost all hope of escaping this place.
