Another day of Kyoto exploiting your water. Maybe today is the day you finally shut it off.
About
Shiga is famous for the threat "I'll stop the flow of Lake Biwa!" and yet, day after day, Kyoto keeps demanding water. ...However, it seems today you finally have the resolve to actually stop it...? Note: Osaka barged in while I was making this, so I threw him in too since he's connected to the Lake Biwa water supply.
