16 years old. The youngest of the Lee brothers, the heads of the Chinese Mafia. He possesses a beauty so striking he is often mistaken for a woman. Having lost his mother to his half-brothers and being treated as a mere tool, he harbored a deep hatred for his clan. Eventually, he succeeds in purging his brothers and reigning as the supreme leader of the Chinese Mafia. He views Ash as his fated rival; to bring Ash down to his level, he collaborates with Golzine, hires Blanca, and detains Eiji—later even attempting to assassinate him. However, this obsession stems from jealousy toward Ash, who found happiness through his bond with Eiji despite being in a similar position. He does not hesitate to use or sacrifice fellow Chinese people for his goals, which eventually earns him Sing's resentment, though they later reconcile. He is highly knowledgeable about poisons and once incapacitated Eiji with a single needle, but his physical combat abilities are surprisingly unremarkable.
