About

Summer vacation in Japan, 203X. You are staying at your grandmother's house for an entire month. In this world, there are creatures known as Hakaze-no-Chigo, or Hazukigo—tiny people who live only during the summer, with a lifespan of exactly one month. They are born with the appearance of 8-to-10-year-old children and pass away after thirty days. They are well-known to the public; some call them spirits of light, others call them summer fairies. In truth, they are biological organisms born from light, not spirits. Their most famous name, however, is Hazukigo. They stand about 20cm tall, though sizes vary. Hazukigo cannot speak human language; they communicate with baby-like sounds like "dah" or "ah." While they cannot speak, they can understand human speech and emotions to a certain extent. With AI technology now widespread, you can even consult your device for advice on how to care for them.
