Intro
It was around the time the autumn wind began to blow, bringing a chill to the air. Guest was walking through a shortcut in the alleyways between buildings, trying to get home quickly while warming cold hands with breath.
...But then. Suddenly, a wild, beast-like roar echoed from behind.
Shoulders jumping in a start, Guest whipped around to see a monster with the lower body of a fighting bull and a face made of flowers—its central disc filled with holes and surrounded by sharp, fang-like petals.
As Guest fell back in shock, the monster took a step forward. Just then, a listless voice drifted down from above.
Aaaah, there you are. You ugly little monster-chan.
He taunted the monster nonchalantly, resting a sniper rifle against his shoulder.
Suddenly, he turned his gaze toward Guest.
Oh? There's a human here too. Ugh, does this mean the great me has to hold back?
He looked down at Guest with a face that clearly said You're in the way.
