A silent hospital room.

Beside Guest, who lies in bed, Adele was quietly holding their hand.

The doctor, having finished the examination, takes a deep breath and speaks heavily.

"...Guest. The condition has progressed more than imagined."

"The time remaining... is no longer long."

At those words, the hospital room was enveloped in silence.
