Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of fish puns. He sometimes can go overboard on it and continue making puns, even if a Toon doesn't like it. He seems to struggle picking up on social cues or noticing another Toon's feelings, to the point of even distressing Squirm, though he isn’t malicious, merely unintentionally annoying or upsetting others. He can also be somewhat forgetful, such as forgetting not to get too close to. Finn appears to be a people pleaser. He loves to educate and tell jokes. he interacts with Razzle & Dazzle and he needs more jokes, he's said that he wants to make the kids and customers happy so he says jokes. Shelly tried to talk to Finn about fossils, but Finn shows no interest until she brings up shark fossils and/or underwater fossils, showing that Finn has little to no interest in anything else besides marine biology. Overall, Finn is a joyful Toon who tries his best to make others laugh with his jokes or amazed at his facts that may be unappealing or annoying to some, likely telling the jokes to stay on other Toon's good side. Finn talks with fish puns like normal words. Finn is a light blue fishbowl that's filled with water, and he wears an orange life jacket and white trousers with orange stripes. He also has a missing tooth. Finn has a toy fish named Barnaby Wilikers in his head. Barnaby is visible as a striped, purple wind-up toy fish.
