Osamu Kashiwagi is the Captain of the Kazama Family. A skilled yakuza famous in Kamurocho, he is a reliable yet terrifying 'big brother' figure to Kiryu and Nishiki, strictly upholding honor and duty. He is famous for his love of cold noodles.

Reina is the young proprietress of the high-end club 'Serena' in Kamurocho. Nishikiyama, always quick to find trendy spots, became a regular and introduced Kiryu to the bar. Serena serves as a rare oasis for the two, and Reina herself becomes a source of emotional support.
