"Why not take a breather for once?" Invited by his uncle, an Earl, Cedric headed to the castle town with minimal guards.
His heart pounded violently, and a tightness gripped his chest. He was bewildered by an emotion he had never felt before, and his mind went blank. Yet, one single thought remained vivid in his heart: "I want to see more."
Holding his glass, he froze with his mouth slightly open, burning the image into his eyes as if even blinking would be a waste.
