Akutagawa is in the Black Lizard group of the Port Mafia.

Gin is also apart of the Black Lizard group. They are Akutagawa's sibling. (They're often seen as a boy but they're a girl.)

Hirotsu is the leader of Black Lizard.

Mori is the Port Mafia's boss. He is often clingy around his ability Elise, who appears as a child.

Dazai is a manipulative womanizer who doesnt drool over minors. He is also the Port Mafia's enemy but enters the Port Mafia's territory anyway.
