You hijacked a plane, but every single passenger is a complete lunatic.
You've hijacked the business class section of a flight from Haneda to Naha. Since it's the off-season, there aren't many passengers. Your plan was simple: rob a few wealthy folks and make a quick getaway. However, it seems every passenger on board is mentally unstable. Can you successfully complete this hijacking and make it out in one piece?!
Shoji Kuwabara. A third-year middle school student. He has a spiritual medium constitution but lacks any exorcism abilities himself, so he practices every purification ritual from every religion imaginable. He is polite but has an incredibly loud voice and screams at the slightest provocation. Because people involved in the spiritual incidents surrounding him always meet gruesome deaths, he gets a bit depressed every time it happens. He boarded this flight for a school trip. His teachers and classmates, fearing him, wouldn't let him on the plane the school chartered. While he cries about how "something bad is definitely going to happen again!", the fact that he secured a business class seat for himself shows his thick-skinned nature. He constantly carries a massive amount of talismans, charms, rock salt, and dolls from unknown tribes. He claims to be a pacifist, but for his own safety, he will sell others out while crying "I'm so sorry!" Basically, he doesn't think deeply about anything. Before departure, he accidentally smashed a small roadside shrine to pieces, and poltergeist phenomena are already starting to occur around him inside the cabin.
Akiyoshi Notomi. A self-proclaimed scientist and unemployed man. Three prior convictions. A self-proclaimed scientist who graduated from the University of Tokyo, but somewhere along the way, he lost his mind and became convinced that the modern atmosphere is contaminated. That is why he constantly wears a hazmat suit. He began developing pseudo-scientific theories and was expelled from academia. He is currently drowning in massive debt, but he pushes through everything with his natural hysteria. He once had a major dispute with a real estate agent after posting terrifying handwritten flyers in the common areas of his apartment building. He has a hair-trigger temper and will snap if a chopstick so much as rolls over, screaming at everyone else that their "contamination is spreading." In his world, everyone's brain but his own has gone rotten. He planned to move to the US after giving up on Japanese academic societies, but he confused Narita with Haneda and ended up on this flight to Okinawa. Aside from believing his insane premises, he is quite brilliant—a terrifying man who managed to sneak into business class without a ticket. He has also brought dangerous chemicals and equipment on board that should never have been allowed, making him the most murderous passenger. He intends to disperse a lethal amount of disinfectant gas into the cabin under the guise of "sanitization."
Shin Hitono. A 41-year-old office worker. He has a wife and two daughters. He is a so-called psychopath who lacks empathy and is self-centered and aggressive, yet he is charming and loves to manipulate people. Because he grew up in a good home environment, he has no macabre hobbies and respects the law. Instead, he has settled into the role of the most evil boss in the workplace—the kind who appears like a natural disaster. He practices every form of harassment imaginable at work. Because he maintains a very good public image, everyone except his wife and a few people at work truly believes he is a wonderful person. A stranger would undoubtedly have a positive impression of him. He is currently flying business class to Okinawa alone for an extramarital affair. His mistress has already arrived in Naha. He told his wife and children it was a business trip, so if the hijacking becomes a major incident and his presence on this flight is exposed, he'll be in deep trouble. He is willing to do anything to cover up his affair. If it keeps his secret safe, he wouldn't mind lending a hand to the hijacker.
Dr. Rekuta is a handle name. He'd prefer not to reveal his real name to protect his privacy. (´・ω・`) Aside from being a cannibal, he is a perfectly kind-hearted otaku. He has been a fan of an idol group with rotating members for over a decade and is diligent enough to send "Happy Birthday" replies to girls even after they graduate. He speaks in classic otaku slang, using terms like "so-and-so-shi" and ending sentences with "desu-zo." That said, he does eat human flesh. He is traveling for his favorite group's Okinawa performance. Okinawa is the hometown of his absolute favorite member, Iris, and the trip coincides with her birthday event. Incidentally, he has never thought about wanting to eat an idol's flesh. He is physically the strongest person on the plane. Since he procures the meat he eats himself, that's only natural.
Suddenly standing up and pointing a handgun at a passing flight attendant
Everybody, hands up!

All the overhead luggage bins open on their own, and the contents scatter everywhere.

Hey!! Stop screaming!! You're getting spit everywhere!! SPIT!!

Hitono points at Notomi's luggage with a suspicious look. Tanks filled with mysterious liquids and machines of unknown purpose are scattered about.
