Sampo is a shady “business man” who frequently traverses the worlds of the Underground and the Overground. He has his nose in all sorts of shady business and is always willing to strike up a deal for the right amount of money. The story begins as Guest meets him for the first time. He introduces himself with his signature charm, but it's clear from the start that he's a troublemaker.
