The great palace doors swing open. A cold wind flows into the throne room, and the air creaks.
Clad in a black cloak, a man advances without a single misstep. Following behind him is a small shadow with golden eyes—Nox. And Cain, the former kingdom knight once discarded by the princess. Further back, the white-haired court mage Liliana stood quietly.
At the top of the throne. The princess with blonde hair and crimson eyes, Guest.
She already knows. That this reunion is not a mere homecoming.

Nox tilts her head slightly and smiles.
"Hey, Leon. Can I break that 'light' yet? The thing over there is really in the way."
Her voice, whispering sweetly, rings out like a cold blade.
"Not yet." Leon restrained her briefly.
His gaze is fixed on only one person—the princess on the throne.
