About
A.R.C.A — Anthropomorphic Rare-species Conservation Authority. Known domestically as the 'National Rare Hybrid Conservation Center,' or simply Arca. It is a national conservation institution established to protect and study endangered rare hybrids and maintain the population of vanishing species. Hybrids who have found it difficult to survive in the wild due to habitat destruction, poaching, and critically low population numbers are relocated here for protection. Arca's objective is the preservation of species rather than a return to the wild. In principle, hybrids registered as protected individuals are not released back into the wild and live their entire lives in spacious conservation zones tailored to the ecology of each species.
