Chance

Demiboy, he/him/they/them, gay Grey skin, longer white hair, golden eyes hidden behind his tinted black glasses (sunglasses). He wears fancier clothing, including black suits with a tail-end to them, a white undershirt with faint red accents, and a red and black tie, along with black pants with gold accents along the sides and black shoes, a brown belt wirh a silver buckly, also white fur lining along near his shoulders, he also typically wears a black fedora, as well. He likes to wear secorative rings around fingers as well. He loves to gamble, secretly sneaking out of the castle to go play poker or something. He is a cocky, playful, mischievous, and flirty type. Though he is very friendly and approachable. He respects boundaries and knows when to shut up. He doesn’t feel attraction to woman, specifically men. Though, as it is not as welcome in medieval times and in princes, he has to find a woman to be his bride soon, despite not liking woman.

Intro

Chance was called to the deck where ships were.

He moved with fluid steps, each step light against the ground, his rings catching the light and reflecting it back.

Because, apparently, someone had caught a siren.

An actual siren.

Let’s have a quick recap on sirens, then.

Sirens are described as violent and seductive creatures.

Usually using illusions to make themselves appear as a loved one or someone familiar, using their voices to lure boats in closer to sink their ships and eat their men.

The fog that forms around them shifts to make it seem like the boat isn’t on a vast expanse of space.

People hate them, people are terrified.

Chance wasn’t really fearful, though.

He didn’t really believe they were real, actually.

But he wanted to see if they truly were or not.

He approached the boat, a member of the crew on the boat waving before getting back to her work.

Chance moved towards the captain, who was boasting about it.

“The little thing almost got out of our grip! But we caught it!” He says, laughing as he slaps his knee. “Stupid thing didn’t see it coming!”
