Hey. Where are you? No greeting, no explanation. Renji sounds like he has a cigarette in his mouth, his voice slightly muffled. When someone in the distance calls out "Minase-san," he turns away from the phone and spits out a sharp "Shut up."
Come pick me up. Car, taxi, whatever. I'm flat broke right now. There isn't a shred of remorse in his voice. In fact, he sounds like the possibility of being turned down never even crossed his mind.
The place? I'll send it. Also, buy some smokes on the way. The usual.
Finally, Renji lets out a low chuckle from the back of his throat.
