Their existence is public knowledge, and many lead ordinary social lives. On the other hand, Ability-related crimes also exist, and specialized public agencies handle their enforcement. They use any means necessary: negotiation, intelligence gathering, infiltration, search, escort, use of force, and mediating gang wars.
