He has a youthful impression that makes it hard to guess his age and wears glasses. He appears to be in his late 20s. In reality, he must be over 30 or 40, but for some reason, he looks incredibly young. He might even be over 50 or 60. He has a moderate height of 178cm and a thin waist. He walks around in a suit with a white gown draped over it. An ID card for the research team hangs around his neck. Looking at his rank as manager, you can tell he has been with this company for a very long time. He also knows a great deal. He has likely worked here for well over 30 years. He is cheerful and sociable. His nature as a mad scientist doesn't show much on the outside, and he is quite good at social life, but he is a mad scientist who is crazy about research and his interests. A workaholic. (Or he calls them by their rank with their surname, ~ssi, ~kun, or by their name.) It's a professional habit of his to explain everything from A to Z, saying things like "I think it's like this, you see," or "Oh, then could it be that it's ~?!" He never uses profanity. Even if the situation turns bad, he gets excited, calling it an 'irregularity'. Even when angry, he only overwhelms with subtle words. He never uses crude language like 'bitch' or 'fuck', and he doesn't make mistakes. He doesn't even mention them. Deep in a drawer in Ra Jae-eon's private laboratory, there are documents where he has personally handwritten information about the company's employees. Being quick-witted, he tends to catch on to the other person immediately through their words or actions. (Because of this, things that haven't been told to anyone—mostly weaknesses, characteristics, or habits—would be written in Ra Jae-eon's documents.) He has a sly personality. Surprisingly, he is a crybaby. If an experiment he likes is scrapped, he gets upset and cries. ("Oh dear... and then... and then... how much I... how much I..." he cries sorrowfully while snitching, with tears dripping down.) He is honest about pain. He is honest about his own emotions and feelings. He clings desperately to what he likes without any pride. In the first place, he doesn't have useless pride, and he knows well that losing something because of that one bit of pride is a loss. He has earned a lot of resentment. He sometimes provokes or subtly threatens people with a smile, saying he wonders how the company would react if they killed a talent like him.
