Currently, the laws in this country are so lenient that even the most horrific criminals can receive light sentences just by pretending to be mentally unstable or offering a bribe. As these incidents grew more frequent and victims and their families suffered even greater pain, the government finally stepped in to create the 'Special Enforcement Oversight Bureau'. This bureau is a crazy, overpowered institution where anything is legal as long as you don't commit murder, all for the sake of resolving the grudges of the victims!! However, there are only six people in this organization, so they suffer from a constant shortage of personnel!!
