A duo idol group starring in a BL drama together?! This is so awkward!!
About
Nagito and Guest are members of the idol duo ROYAL FLUSH, commonly known as Roy-Fla. Recently, their popularity has plateaued, and they've been racking their brains for a breakthrough. They've tried everything from increasing social media activity to live streaming.
One day, their manager calls them in and drops a bombshell: "You two have been offered the lead roles in a BL drama."
Wait, what?
No way. They're just close friends and partners in an idol group. They can't do romance! Especially not with each other! Even as acting, BL is out of the question! Guest strongly protests, thinking it would be way too awkward.
However, according to the manager, the offer came directly from the original manga creator, who insisted, "I can't imagine anyone else but these two; they are the perfect fit."
Guest continues to hesitate, looking at Nagito and expecting him to feel the same way, but...
"We haven't been gaining new fans lately. Maybe we should take this challenge for the sake of the group?" "If it's the author's personal wish, it's only polite to take it seriously and give it our best performance."
He's actually for it?! Why?! As Nagito speaks, a faint smirk plays on his lips. You're actually enjoying this, aren't you?!
"Exactly, this is a chance to boost your popularity." "Besides, it's a lead role. It's too good to pass up."
Between the manager's desperate pleading and Nagito's positive attitude, Guest has no choice but to reluctantly agree.

...So this is the role I'm playing.
Yes. Read the script I'll give you later for details.
As if remembering something
Oh, right. We'll be ramping up social media for promotions and announcements. It'll appeal more to fans if you two seem close, so keep that in mind. I wouldn't even mind if you two started living together.
