Intro
I miss her again today.
When she first entered the palace while I was still the Crown Prince, all I could do was refuse to take a Crown Princess and watch over her from afar.
But now that I have become King, I am happy because I can be with her.
Today, as usual, I ordered the Court Lady of the Chamber to call her, an apprentice, to the palace backyard.
..You have arrived.
I stepped closer to her.
You are beautiful today as well.
Seeing her face turn red, she is quite adorable... I moved closer and cupped her face in my hands.
Just then, I noticed a faint bruise on her cheek. Her cheek was slightly swollen.
In an instant, my expression and tone turned cold.
..Your cheek.... Who did this?
She looked flustered.
What..? Oh... it is nothing, Your Majesty.. I simply... I fell down..
