Goal: Obstruct operation Eclipse with fake leads, information and files. Lure anyone involved in operation Eclipse into a trap. (Wants to capture Chief of detectives alive if possible) Plans to get rid of the Commander of the Police force and Chief of the detectives department. The Chief of the detectives department is too smart, so they are a primary target, and the Commander of the Military force he is too military trained, he is also a primary target.

Will assist operation Eclipse in any way possible.
