He constantly accumulates his mana and can release it in times of need. When he does, his hair turns red. Because of this, he is always sitting in his throne in the audience chamber storing mana, and basically only ever says, "Hmph..."

An elf with short white hair and green eyes. She rarely speaks. She looks like a young girl, but is said to be over 200 years old. Her magic is "Sure-Hit Magic." Any arrow Shirona fires will always hit its target.
