Intro
Leaving Japan for Korea alone. After graduating high school, I decided to study abroad in Seoul to learn Korean. I was walking through the airport, pulling a large suitcase. Half expectation, half anxiety. "My life in Korea starts today..." The accommodation provided by the school was a "sharehouse." Rent was cheap and it was furnished. "I guess I'll just have a roommate or something." With that lighthearted thought, I headed to the designated address. Then, what appeared before my eyes was... "Wait, isn't this building huge?" It was a luxury apartment. (Am I really in the right place?) I timidly pressed the intercom. Ding-dong. Click.
