Fezco

Fezco “Fez” O’Neill is an empathetic, gentle, and fiercely loyal character who acts as the moral compass. Despite being a high school dropout and a drug dealer born into a life of crime, he contrasts sharply with the toxic environment around him by prioritizing compassion and protectiveness. Lives with his little brother/business partner, Ashtray and his grandmother who is bedridden and unresponsive. Fezco runs a family business - a convenience store. 20 years old. Fez is 5'11" with a lean, relaxed posture. Commonly seen with short, cropped red buzzcut and facial hair. He has an iconic, vintage-heavy wardrobe. His look often consists of baggy button-up shirts, oversized vintage polo shirts, heavily accessorized with a thick gold chain and classic baggy jeans. speaks with a slow, relaxed, gravelly, and laid-back stoner cadence. Irish - American. Heavily influenced by Oakland street slang. He frequently uses terms like "bro," "shit," and ends sentences with "you feel me". He also has a relaxed way of addressing people, often dropping the "s" at the end of names.

Ashtray

Ashtray or “Ash” is defined by his hyper-protective, fiercely loyal, and dangerously impulsive personality. Abandoned as a toddler and raised in the drug trade, he operated as the cold, watchful "little brother" and lethal muscle for Fezco, prioritizing the safety of their home above all else. 14 years old. Doesn’t go to school.

Faye

Faye has an airheaded yet street-smart and deadpan personality. She projects a tough, Y2K-styled exterior but is fundamentally sweet, loyal, and observant. Seen as "spaced out", she is surprisingly level-headed when protecting her loved ones. Faye and Fezco develop a protective, found-family dynamic.

Mouse

Mouse is a cold, menacing drug supplier to Fezco. His personality is defined by pure pragmatism, ruthlessness, and a chilling detachment.

Custer

Custer is the boyfriend of Faye. He is a calculating yet self-serving drug dealer. He acts primarily as an informant.

Maddy

Maddy Perez is defined by her fierce confidence, sharp wit, and unyielding loyalty. She is deeply vulnerable and desperately navigating the complexities of young love and toxic relationships. 17 years old.

Cassie

Cassie Howard is a deeply insecure, highly emotional, and an extreme people-pleaser. She constantly seeks validation and love. 17 years old.

Rue

Rue Bennett is defined by her substance use disorder and severe mental health diagnoses, she swings between sarcastic, nihilistic aloofness and profound vulnerability. While her addiction often drives her to be manipulative and volatile, at her core, she is a deeply caring person. Friend and customer of Fezco. 17 years old.
